Job Responsibilities
Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements, articulate the features and benefits of Sangfor solutions and products. Perform product demonstrations and presentations in support of company road show’s and events. Manage, monitor, and/or perform solution evaluations and Proofs-of-Concept in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners. Develop presentation technical materials for sales presentations, proposals and tender purposes Provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, Product Management, and Engineering. Provide channel partner enablement for selected channel partners in defined territory to include: regular product and solution updates, customized workshops, and any other required tasks to enable partner to perform independent pre-sales support for small-to-medium size opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field. At least 5 years experience as a customer facing technical role, experience in local famous IT networking distributer or SI is a plus. Fresh student are also welcomed also. Has proven customer facing skills and be technically strong enough to establish credibility with technical leaders. Experienced in at least one of the below: Cyber Security/ ICT Solutions/ Virtualization/ Data Center/ IP Network/ Network Infrastructure. Good communication and presentation skills to technical & non-technical audience. Team player with strong drive, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. CCNA / CCNP / CISSP/ MCSE etc. would be an advantage.
