Job Responsibilities
1. The company provides a platform to contact and maintain clients and develop local customers. 2. Coordinate with domestic teams to manage and operate the local market according to the local sales environment. 3. Track and manage orders. 4. Oversee and coordinate the production and supply of orders. 5. Organize target customer information and ensure timely feedback and handling of customer requirements. 6. Properly handle unexpected situations during contract fulfillment. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, business English, or related fields. 2. Understand the import and export business processes, and be familiar with the steps involved in foreign trade import and export. 3. CET-6 or above in English, or TEM-4 or above (TEM-8 preferred), with proficiency in various office software. 4. Possess good communication, coordination, and execution skills, with a diligent and conscientious work attitude, quick and responsive, and strong sense of responsibility. 5. Able to endure hardship, with a strong awareness of strategic planning and the overall development of domestic and international operations. Responsible, and capable of serving as a link between domestic and international operations management.
