Job Responsibilities
- Host livestreams on various platforms, focusing on product highlights, demonstrations, and engaging storytelling to drive sales. - Regularly conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Gain a deep understanding of our fashion items (best sellers, inventory levels, fabrics, etc.) to provide informed recommendations on what to promote and when. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the livestreams, including but not limited to TikTok account setup, cross-team collaboration, script preparations, scheduling, video content creation, and daily support & communications. - Analyze audience feedback and live session performance regularly to improve both performance and sales strategies. - Build and maintain a strong online presence by engaging with the audience through interactive discussions and responding to customer inquiries in real-time.
Job Requirements
- (Near native) English communication skills (verbal & written) - Strong on-camera presence and familiarity with broadcasting equipment. - Energetic, enthusiastic, and full of charisma - Stays up to date with social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Prior experience in live-streaming, live-streaming operations is strongly preferred. - Residing in or willing to relocate to Shanghai.
