Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare contract of employment, letter of confirmation, warning letter, memo for staff on implemented rules or policy. 2. Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle incule but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview, checking references and onboarding qualifiled candidates based on department business needs and requests. 3. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and labor laws. 4. Handing employee queries to seeking support on HR Processes, policies, etc. 5. Provide support for staff payroll, staff disciplinary, compensation & benefits performance managementresignation etc
Job Requirements
1. At least a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related fields. 2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. 3. Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 4. Positive & pro-active attitude towards work. 5. Immediately to start work is perfect.
