Job Responsibilities

We are the German company that it is located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. It is near to Shanghai and Hangzhou. It takes about 30 minutes to travel from Jiaxing to Shanghai or Hangzhou by high-speed train. 1、Cooperating with project team by understanding them and their work and leading them towards success stories. 2、Managing projects from planning to invoicing and act as daily contact to both project team members and customers. 3、Supporting Sales team for technical discussions of a new business opportunity. 4、Understanding customer needs from both technical and business point of view. 5、Proposing to customer based on customer needs, including schedule, prices, resource plan, quality plan and etc. 6、Creating Statement of Work (SOW) related to new projects at RFQ stage. 7、Managing our outsourcing partners in projects. 8、Keeping a constant and fluent communication between Jiaxing and German R&D team and completing localization projects. 9、Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computing preferred or equivalent. PMP Certification is a plus. 2、A minimum of three years’ working experience. Software development experiences preferred. 3、Preferable experience in the Industry of Healthcare, Medical Device and Pension. 4、Excellent planning, collaboration, and facilitation skills to coordinate and leverage capabilities across a highly matrixes organization involving multiple products, channels & functions. Ability to influence their peer group in that environment. 5、Understanding of some project accounting financials is desired. 6、Positive, proactive and independent working style. Data-driven problem solving skills 7、Willingness and ability to travel as necessary 8、Proficient in English. Mandarin or German is a plus. 9、European or American national is required. Currently residing in Mainland China preferred.
