Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve ANZ financial targets and business objectives 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders (Australia and New Zealand) 3. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sales operations and go-to-market strategies 4. Regular reporting 5. Travel as required
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior management role with a focus on the ANZ market 3. Proven track record in driving growth and profitability in the ANZ region 4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team 5. Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 7. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 9. Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the ANZ region 10. Proven track record in multi-cultural organizations with cross-functional support overseas 11. Ability to lead, motivate, and monitor relevant stakeholders within agencies and distributors as well as internally
