Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall operation of the company's overseas TikTok (primarily for the US), including account management, product management, inventory management, account strategy planning, event marketing, and content marketing. 2. Proficient in TikTok promotion methods, able to establish and continuously optimize processes for influencer collaboration, ad placement, and live streaming operations to drive sales targets. 3. Develop and maintain influencer resources through the TikTok platform, establishing promotional partnerships to enhance product sales, brand awareness, and user reputation. 4. Regularly review accounts, analyze backend data metrics, and optimize advertising strategies and brand strategies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for those with CET-4 or CET-6; at least 2 years of relevant experience with overseas TikTok or 3 years with domestic Douyin. 2. Experience in TikTok short video operations and ad placements, familiar with short video operation strategies, and skilled in creative content production on platforms like Douyin. 3. Strong communication and team management skills, able to independently build a team and formulate sales policies and management systems. 4. Data-sensitive with strong logical thinking and communication skills. 5. Preferred experience in TikTok short video ad placements, influencer marketing, and starting accounts or stores from scratch.
