Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for project implementation processes, including project planning, proposal preparation, user training, and go-live support. 2. Communicate with project clients and conduct business research to obtain timely and accurate requirement information. 3. Analyze and organize requirements to create requirement specification documents for product technical personnel. 4. Prepare, update, and publish project-related documents such as business processes, product manuals, and training materials. 5. Assist sales with pre-sales technical support.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in implementing systems such as warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, express management systems, e-commerce systems, or ERP systems is preferred. 2. Customer management experience is a plus. 3. Excellent project management skills. 4. Outgoing personality, willing to communicate, with strong interpersonal skills. 5. High initiative and team spirit. 6. Good document writing skills. 7. Hardworking and able to withstand significant work pressure. 8. Willingness to travel. 9. Proficient in English communication.
