Responsible for the operation of players on mainstream overseas social media and forums such as Facebook, Discord, Reddit; 2. Responsible for KOL management, discover YouTube quality channels and carry out cooperation and promotion; 3. Responsible for the management of the player administrator team, discover potential players, recruit player instructors, manage and evaluate; 4. Regularly output data analysis reports related to the main community, and adjust the community operation strategy according to the community status and life cycle; 5. Conduct research on overseas communities of competitive and popular products, and relevant research results that are used to optimize and improve the current status of the community.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 1. Currently inside China 2. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of game industry experience; 3. It is required to have strong player team organization and management skills and keen insight; 4. English as native language, 5. Fluent in Chinese
