- Collaborate and communicate with sales department, finance department, and logistics department on administrative tasks - Process documentation and resource allocation - Provide high quality secretarial and administration support to general manager (GM), to build highly effective business operations and ensure smooth teamwork - Work with sales department, finance department, and logistics department to build highly effective working mechanisms for continuous improvement and capability building - Responsible for the communication, coordination, tracking and feedback of the GM’s work arrangements for department personnel - Assist the GM to carry out business management and track achievement of the company's business goals - Cooperate with the preparation of the GM’s meetings and other business information, and complete the relevant meeting records - Provide general secretary support, including phone calls, scheduling, business travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, etc. - Assist the GM to complete other tasks
- Full-time university degree or above, proficient in Chinese and English (native English speaker preferred but not required). - Proficient in using Word, Excel, and PPT - Logical thinking, methodical, resourceful, and warm-hearted - Have high professional stability, strong sense of responsibility, and professional-ism - Able to adapt to the atmosphere of manufacturing companies, strong resistance to stress, and result-oriented - Be assertive, have high emotional intelligence, have strong organizational and teamwork skills, and be able to manage communication with middle managers and customers - Cheerful personality, self-confident and decent, good image temperament. - Please attach a photo alongside with the resume
