Job Role and Responsibilities Curriculum & Pedagogy: 1.Drive the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative* teaching and learning approaches 2.Inspire a love for learning through leading the design of curricula and programs at the centre 3.Lead in integrating the core values of early childhood education within curricula and programs at the centre Learning Environment: 1.Work with the pedagogy team to establish quality learning environments to support learning of children Interactions & Relationships: 1.Mentor staff to enhance caring, trusting and respectful relationships with children Health, Safety & Nutrition: 1.Establish policies and processes on appropriate course of action for the protection of children 2.Establish health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards and procedures 3.Collaborating with Families and Community Family and Community Partnerships: 1.Lead in developing strategies to establish collaborative partnerships with families 2.Establish a centre-wide culture of professional collaboration with community stakeholders 3.Building Professional Capacity Professional Mastery: 1.Establish a culture of continuous learning 2.Develop team leaders through capability development and coaching 3.Contribute towards a learning organization 4.Foster initiative and enterprise in teams 5.Establish strategic processes and structures to engender a culture of mentoring Professional Values & Ethics: 1.Establish a culture of professionalism 2.Building Organizational Capacity Teamwork & Collaboration: 1.Establish a culture of collaboration within the centre 2.Lead workplace communication and engagement 3.Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level Visioning & Planning: 1.Establish buy-in and uphold the vision, mission and values of the centre 2.Drive centre’s initiatives, systems and processes and look into coherence of plans 3.Manage and review systems and processes 4.Manage resource planning 5.Display critical thinking and analytical skills 6.Build capacity of colleagues through effective human resource management and development 7.Lead teams leaders to develop business strategies and governance management
Requirements 1.A recognized Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education from an approved institution and Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or its equivalent; 2.At least 5 years working experience leading a pre-school High EQ and LQ, matured with exemplary leadership and management skills 3.Exceptional interpersonal skills 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5.Remuneration package includes a competitive salary based on relevant years of teaching experience. A living allowance which includes housing will be provided alongside with airfare and shipping allowances. Medical insurance coverage will also be provided to selected candidate and eligible dependants. 6.Native speakers who matches to Z visa condition of government.
