The Position - The Market Manager will be responsible for the success of our company in the top Global countries. This job requires a person who is highly driven, with a passion for learning, and a desire to build strategies from the ground up. - This position is essential to maintain the company’s revenue flow, and as such, the Market manager executes project planning and leadership across the entire marketing organization. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Data: Research and use data effectively to find new opportunities and evaluate current/past actions. Tracks and measures all actions, and executes with a growth mentality (test, learn, grow). - Plans: Maintains active marketing calendars and plans for key countries, and actively uses the company resources to bring them to life. Campaigns: Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of gaining market share and growing revenue on the key countries. - KPIs: Accountable for the key KPIs associated with campaigns – revenue, traffic, ROI, brand recognition, market share, etc. Delivers regular reporting. - Collaboration: Actively works with different teams to execute a variety of marketing tactics to achieve the set goals, including but not limited to SEM, PR, influencer marketing, display, social media, and more. Gets hands on if necessary in order to complete any actions required. Facilitating collaboration between team members across sub-teams, departments and offices. - Leadership: Define, co-ordinate and oversee the work of internal and external stakeholders across channels, departments and offices. - Branding: Strengthen the SmartBuyGlasses brand identity across all communication channels. - Maintenance: Ensures the different websites are up to date, with fresh, accurate and quality content. - Strategic Direction: Proactively shows the way forward, thinking short and long term, and keeps abreast of current trends in marketing to adapt to new developments. Also stays up to date in local social, economic and political developments that can affect the activity. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing-related areas - At least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience, and good knowledge of other Marketing disciplines - Excellent English writing skills and proficiency and at least one additional European language - Strong technical ability and marketing platform experience - Project Management skills, including a detail-oriented and data-driven personality - People management skills preferred - Good understanding of global and European markets (Nordic countries, France, Germany, the Netherlands, etc) - Advanced Google Analytics certification
