Job Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES • Working with and reporting directly to the Academic Principal when in the office and possibly in the field • Working directly with Marketing Team Leaders in the field. • To assist the Academic Principal and Marketing Team Leaders with communication between Chinese and the Expats in the office or when traveling • Translation of any and all material given by the Academic Principal (English / Chinese [Two-Way]) (Chinese Staff) • On marketing trips, you are responsible for working with the Principals, Parents and Kids to help explain and convince them to use our services with speeches, games and other activities. • You will work directly with the Academic Principal and your Marketing Team Leader to practice marketing events. • Travel around Mainland China and possibly internationally with your marketing team to promote our products and service. This job entails a large amount of travel. • Giving convincing public speeches during marketing events. • Assist with any other services requested of you BENEFITS You will be working along side experienced Chinese and Expats in marketing and international relations. Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS • Education in College/University Graduate • Understanding and/or Experience in Childhood Education (Kindergarten or Preschool) • Able to give public speeches • Have a basic understanding of sales and/or marketing • Able to translate English & Chinese at a professional level (Chinese Staff)
