Job description

Job Responsibilities: To oversee the full life cycle development of all patents, seek out new inventions that are patentable. Actively communicate with the R&D personnel to accurately understand the R&D technical scheme; conduct patent novelty search, invalid search, infringement search analysis, complete the preliminary research work. Create all relevant materials for a patent application, write, design drawings and double check for accuracy. Submit patent application (China and abroad) and follow through the application. Be responsible for patent application, management and assist in patent planning.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 1) Bachelor degree or above in engineering or other related field 2) Familiar with patent application process, key points of documents and relevant laws and regulations; 3) Well-experienced in patent search and research, composition of patent applications, with technical understanding of invention disclosures, and identification of search focus. 4) Highly developed technical writing and editing skills, a superior command of English language. Proficient in use of software tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare documents with drawings, images, and text. 5) Strong self- management abilities, good communication ability and excellent analytical and research ability. 6) Rigorous working attitude and work ethics.
