Base：台湾地区、India、Malaysia、Australia、Japan、Vietnam  公司内部，经销商及医护人员产品培训 Product training for distributors, doctors&nurses and internal personnel  公司产品和项目的需求分析和规划 Requirements analysis and planning for company products and projects  跟踪、分析、挖掘客户需求的合理化 Track, analyze and explore the rationalization of customer demand  市场相关调研和情报收集并形成报告和展望 Market research and intelligence gathering to produce reports and outlook  不定期收集市场销售信息、新技术产品开发信息，分析及跟踪竞争对手，定期进行产品分析，吸取行业发展优点 Collect market sales information and new technology product development information, analyze and track competitors from time to time; Capable of analyzing competitor products and provide regular product update, adapt industry development advantages.  督促解决产品实施过程中可能出现的功能、性能、稳定性问题 Help and solve the problems of function, performance and stability that may happen during product implementation  根据需要对公司产品/新品进行样品管理，包括临床试用及收集反馈 Sample management of company's products/new products as required, including clinical trials and feedback collection  负责销售过程中客户提出的各类产品应用、产品质量问题的解答和处理 Responsible for answering and dealing with all kinds of product application and product quality questions raised by customers in the sales process  协助销售部组织、执行学术会议及推广工作 Assist the sales department to organize and implement academic meetings and promotion  协助完成区域内KOL管理/维护工作 Assist in KOL management/maintenance in the region  完成上级交办的其他工作 Finish other work assigned by superior

Job Requirements

Base：台湾地区、India、Malaysia、Australia、Japan、Vietnam  两年以上医疗器械领域工作经验，具有临床跟台经验，40岁以下，男女不限 More than 2 years working experience in medical device field, with clinical experience, under 40 years old, male or female  能够熟练使用英文，中文和马来语进行沟通，熟练使用Office软件（Excel，Word，PPT，） Proficient in English, Chinese and Malay, proficient in Office software (Excel, Word, PPT)  对市场发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力关注行业发展和竞争对手动态 Keen insight into market trends and focus on industry developments and competitor dynamics  具备一定的业内关系网络（医院，政府相关部门等）和人脉 Have a certain industry network (hospitals, government departments, etc.) and contacts  有创新意识及良好的分析、研判能力 Have the innovation consciousness and good analysis, research and judgment ability  有较好的文字表达能力和良好的沟通能力 Good writing skills and good communication skills  保密意识强，有责任心，有良好的团队合作精神和敬业精神，能适应出差 Strong sense of confidentiality, sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and dedication, can adapt to business trips  有医学教育背景者优先 Medical education background is preferred  有工科背景，了解产品结构优先 Engineering background, understanding of product structure is preferred
