Job Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will focus on: a) Business Development – Develop leads and create new sales channels 2) Pre-sales - phone calls / LinkedIn messages / cold emails / meetings / needs assessment 3) Negotiate, Develop and Sign projects and contracts 4) Marketing – International Chambers / content creation for website, WeChat and LinekdIn / develop and nurture alternative marketing venues The role requires personal interaction with prospects, partners and internal team. The candidate should be hungry, focused, organized, able to effectively communicate. The position includes: Basic Salary + Commissions + Benefits

Job Requirements

* 2+ yrs of SERVICE Sales or Customer Service Experience * Outgoing attitude * Creative and open to develop new leads * Strong interpersonal skills * Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required * Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * 1+ yrs of Technology Industry Experience * PMP Certification / ITIL Foundation Certification are a great plus * Based in Shanghai Languages: English and basic Chinese
