Job Responsibilities
INS Global is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and self-driven Marketing Manager. As the Marketing manager, you will focus on building campaigns and strategies to drive awareness and conversion through online channels, both paid and organic. You'll develop a roadmap of tests and projects that optimize the flow, and conversion, of leads for our business. You will be involved in short- and long-term strategic planning and work closely with sales teams to drive business growth. You will work in a collaborative environment, owning multiple parts of the customer journey. This includes but not limited to Lead acquisition, Lead nurturing, and Customer retention. Duties and Responsibilities Developing marketing strategies for new products Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints Analyzing website lead conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management Lead Acquisition Via paid and non-paid strategies that you will oversee developing. Customer retention- making sure that our customers are coming back Develop campaigns via all available channels to ensure though leadership and further develop our brand and market positioning Key Competencies: Understands the communication style nuances of each social platform Ability to lead and steward agency work and relationships Knowledge of the full marketing eco-system ranging from paid search to organic search, social media and more Detail-oriented with the ability to review various types of content Solid understanding of best practices for video content, photography, graphic design, and copy. Ability to adhere to the brand guide. Detail-oriented to keep an organized drive for brand files. Tightly manages campaign timelines. Data-driven and highly analytical. Time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: 3+ years demonstrable experience in a performance marketing role(s) Experience with end-to-end strategy development + execution. Excellent project management skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time-management skills. Experience analyzing marketing campaigns & traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives Experience using data to develop, validate, and measure marketing programs Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong creative vision and tendencies. Experience with Adobe Creative Products. Owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; proven ability to think big and influence others Self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization with demonstrated ability to influence others High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Enjoy getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks and working in ambiguous environments Experience identifying customer insights, developing strategic input briefs, and working with the campaign, creative, and media planning partners A love for marketing
