Job Responsibilities
Job Description • Fundamental market research & analysis to identify prospective customers. • Initiation of contact and sales process with prospective customers. • Face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects to understand their needs and deliver commitment. • Preparation & execution of product & service presentations to establish credit worthiness • Collaboration with Project Management, Customer Services and Manufacturing Departments, etc. to close the deal with a formal contract. • Planning and participation in local or international trade shows, exhibitions, training programs, seminars and conferences in retail or related domains. • Other sales duties as assigned. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Fulfillment of sales task • New customer acquisition • Current customer maintenance • New product/services promotion effectiveness
Job Requirements
Skills/Personal Profile • French, German, Italian, Spanish nationals with a university degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of commission-based direct sales, new business development or customer service experience in retail, furniture markets, or similar background. • Fluency in Mandarin & English • Excellent communications and PowerPoint presentation skills • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic market under pressure, competition and long sales cycles • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
