Job Requirements

Requirements: University undergraduate degree, 3 years of sales experience, at least 2 years of outbound telesales management experience Experience with the use of telesales software for managing a telesales team Tele-sales management experience in the export marketing field ideal but not required Can cope with high pressure work environment Personality: optimistic, out-going, confident, ambitious, persistent Great communicator, persuasive, strong negotiating skills.
