I worked in the basic phone department (flip phones) where I assisted customers in selling cell phones and plans, and afterward, follow-up calls to continue the sales process, plus some outbound calls to potential customers when requested. In addition, I had to assist customers in troubleshooting and activations of cellphone plans.

Customer service and sale of bus tickets by phone. Also, assistance in the taking of claims and their resolution and billing. This bus company is from Argentina but offers services in the state of Florida in the United States. The calls used to be in English and some of them in Spanish.

Worked on the Forests, Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services Division of the Environmental and Sustainable Development Ministry; performing analysis of the geology, geomorphology and hydrogeology of forestry reserves where a project is planned, in order to analyze a possible effect on the ecosystem.

Performed a 1D model of the organic facies in the Chipaque Formation integrating sedimentological parameters (Sedimentation Rate, Sand Fraction, Paleowater Depth and Dry Bulk Density) and geochemical parameters (TOC, Rock Eval values) in order to recognize Oil and Gas prone intervals within the study phase. ▪ This project was part of the investigation group “Heavy crudes” of Ecopetrol SA. in agreement with the Newcastle University and SINTEF Norway. The target of this project was to develop a characterization of the possible source rocks of the Cretaceous in the Eastern Cordillera Basin in Colombia.
