Job Responsibilities: 1. Oversees the localization and translation proofreading projects in North America. 2. Collaborates with translation agencies and colleagues across departments to ensure seamless progress of translation projects. 3. Gathers user feedback to continuously optimize and enhance copy and user experience. 4. Manages user communities, executes brand campaigns and content creation, and builds customer loyalty.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 1. Proficient in English language, with preference given to candidates boasting a Professional English Test or TOEFL score of 105+ and experience studying abroad in North America. 2. Prior experience managing translation projects and excellent team coordination skills are highly desirable. 3. Quick-thinker with a clear mind, a passion for delivering quality user experience, and the resilience to tackle any obstacles and challenges that may arise.
