Job Responsibilities
1、負責仓库的整體運營工作,包括但不限於現場運營,物流管控、成本管控,人效提升,操作質量提升等; 2、對日常運營負責,管控發貨時效、運輸時效、系統操作閉環、全鏈條數據監控,處理異常問題,持續推動運營質量改善; 3、成本改善,制定物流、倉儲、配送等相關費用監控報表,對每個模組費用、路向、發貨模式進行成本數據分析,尋找可降本機會點。定期輸出降本策略及計劃,如服務商價格洽談,產品包装重量優化、高庫龄產品清理等改善合储物流成本。 4、流程優化,通過研究各模組系統存在操作問題,優化當前系統操作,確保訂單流暢,提升運營效率。 5、月度賬單核對,差異处理並對服務商發起理赔,定期組織庫存盤點以及異常單跟進解決。 6、負責倉庫內貨物、設備、人員的安全防護; 7、運營團隊的搭建,後備團隊的培養; 8、完成交付的其他工作。 1. Responsible for the overall operation of the warehouse, including but not limited to on-site operations, logistics control, cost control, personnel efficiency improvement, operational quality improvement, etc; 2. Responsible for daily operations, controlling delivery time, transportation time, closed-loop system operation, full chain data monitoring, handling abnormal problems, and continuously promoting the improvement of operational quality; 3. Cost improvement, develop monitoring reports for logistics, warehousing, distribution, and other related expenses, conduct cost data analysis on each module's cost, direction, and shipping mode, and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Regularly output cost reduction strategies and plans, such as negotiating prices with service providers, optimizing product packaging weight, and cleaning up high aged products to improve storage logistics costs. 4. Process optimization, by studying operational issues in various module systems, optimizing current system operations to ensure smooth orders and improve operational efficiency. 5. Monthly bill reconciliation, handling of discrepancies and initiating claims against service providers, regularly organizing inventory checks and following up on abnormal orders for resolution. 6. Responsible for the safety protection of goods, equipment, and personnel in the warehouse; 7. Building an operational team and cultivating a backup team; 8. Complete other tasks for delivery.
Job Requirements
1、大專及以上学历,3年以上倉儲物流相關崗位經驗,熟悉系統流、訂單流、操作流等; 2、對香港物流政策熟悉,有相關資源; 3、能獨立做數據分析、定位問題、推動業務改善,有質控/項目管理經驗更佳。 4、具備較強的執行力和上進心,能持續總結業務問題,持續復查優化,對突發事件等異常情況快速回應; 5、有較強的抗壓能力,良好的人際溝通、協調能力,責任心強。 1. College degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics related positions, familiar with system flow, order flow, operation flow, etc; 2. Familiar with Hong Kong logistics policies and have relevant resources; 3. Capable of independently conducting data analysis, identifying problems, and driving business improvement, with experience in quality control/project management preferred. 4. Having strong execution ability and ambition, able to continuously summarize business problems, continuously review and optimize, and respond quickly to unexpected events and other abnormal situations; 5. Has strong resilience, excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
