Job Responsibilities
Oversee Go-to-Market (GTM) operations for inverter products in the French market, including formulating launch plans, managing execution, and ensuring commercial success. Devise product channel strategies, pricing models, brand marketing campaigns, and sales tactics to create scenario-based solutions. Conduct market research in the target region to identify opportunities, analyze competitors and channels, and develop product roadmaps and portfolio strategies aligned with market demands to guide R&D. Manage the full product lifecycle by coordinating R&D, marketing, sales, service, and planning departments to ensure seamless end-to-end processes in development, production, supply, and delivery. Analyze regional sales data, contribute to sales target setting and forecasting, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with the brand team to execute marketing strategies and global brand promotion initiatives, enhancing the company’s brand value through 4P synergy.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in product management or GTM operations; overseas experience preferred. Experience in EV charging piles/new energy vehicles industry is a plus. Strong product thinking and market insight capabilities. Excellent project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for daily business communication; willingness to relocate overseas.
