Sales Director IN GERMANY

Job Responsibilities

Task: 1.Lead the sales team and regional expansion. 2.Coach sales team to uncover new opportunities, explore new markets and develop new customers. 3.Familiar with Price computing scale or Multihead weigher market and industry information, observation and analysis of the market as well as the competition in order to develop strategies for the development. 4.Independently provides part of the technical support, able to conduct in-depth technical and industry communication with customers. 5.Receive customer complaints, effectively assist the technical and after-sales team to solve the product technical problems for customers.

Job Requirements

profile (1)More than 3 years sales leadership experience in the multihead weigher/retail scale industry. (2)Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and German, flexibility and interpersonal skills, as well as good teamwork spirit.
