Job Responsibilities

1. Policy research: in-depth research on the labor law, tax law and market environment of the target country, refining professional solutions and standardized training courses; 2. Project Management: As the project leader, ensure that overseas projects are delivered on time, on budget and with high quality; 3. Process optimization: Regularly improve overseas business processes to continuously improve efficiency and customer satisfaction; 4. Teamwork: Actively communicate and cooperate closely with domestic and foreign sales, operation, product, financial and legal team members; 5. Business report: Regularly output business reports, feedback the pain points and highlights of the domestic business, and synchronize the business progress; 6. Business development: Able to quickly establish links with former local Chinese circles, and be able to expand business opportunities and open up the local market.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background: 211/QS100/or above; 2. Language ability: English can be used as a working language (written proficiency - required, oral fluency/minor language - plus); 3. Motivation and willingness: full of curiosity about the world, strong willingness to explore overseas job opportunities, and able to accept the nature of long-term work abroad; 4. Work independently: have excellent analytical and executive skills, and be able to carry out research and implementation work independently; 5. Knowledge precipitation: Mature experience skills/methodologies are exported into documents or tools to form knowledge inheritance; 6. External characteristics: good image and temperament, outgoing and cheerful personality, like to socialize and accumulate network resources; 7. Ability to work under pressure: Ability to adopt positive coping strategies and take action in the face of unavoidable stress; 8. Acculturation: Be familiar with the cultural differences of different countries and regions, and be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment (plus points).
