Job Responsibilities
1. Build strategic partnerships with major financial institutions in respective regions/business lines, fostering business collaboration with global banks and other financial institutions to enhance the company's services in payment, collection, and other B2B verticals and merchant growth. 2. Develop and execute channel partnership strategies by identifying potential partners, negotiating, closing partnership deals, implementing, and managing complex partnership engagements. 3. Ensure that project deliverables related to channel integration and optimization are executed with high quality and in a timely manner. 4. Review process gaps, identify areas for improvement, and drive payment optimization. 5. Manage partnerships to review success factors and conduct periodic meetings to discuss sales and marketing strategies, lead generation, and new products/features. 6. Research the business model and compliance policies for overseas funds management practices in the local market.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in collaboration with local financial institutions or payment channel industry. 2. In-depth understanding of local regulations and compliance regarding payment business and cross-border fund movement. 3. Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development. 4. Ability to maintain high efficiency across different countries. 5. Solid interpersonal, logical thinking, and analytical skills. 6. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, with a preference for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
