Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for market development in the Central Asia region, gaining in-depth understanding of the target market capacity, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and providing decision support for new market entry and industrial planning; 2. Identify local potential customers, develop and maintain customer relationships, actively seek business opportunities and facilitate business cooperation, etc; 3. As a bridge for communication between the company and customers, provide excellent customer service, coordinate resources from various departments, and ensure the smooth progress of projects; 4. Explore potential local partners, establish connections with relevant enterprises and governments, enhance the company's brand influence in the local area, and expand brand awareness.
Job Requirements
1 College degree or above, major not limited, with at least 2 years of sales experience in the building materials industry; 2. Strong customer service awareness, excellent business negotiation skills, and the ability to independently handle market development work; 3. Strong communication and expression skills, fluent in Russian or English, able to communicate with clients without barriers. 4.Work location: Choose either Kazakhstan or the Kyrgyzstan
