Job Responsibilities

Responsible for technical communications, pre-sales support, consulting for customers and suppliers； Design and present solutions based on specific customer requirements； Coordinate with product team and R&D team to ensure the implementation of customer projects； Enhance relationships with customers and service partners； Lead solution projects and internal projects (certifications, workshops)； Assist with technical improvements of the products； Assess risks and adjust mitigation actions, contribute to the optimization of working processes within the team.
