Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for expanding overseas market business, promoting the company's brand of disposable e-cigarettes through field promotion, and managing and controlling the company's foreign trade platform operations. 2. Responsible for replying to and providing detailed explanations to inquiries from foreign guests, striving for their understanding and satisfaction, thereby converting inquiries into orders. 3. Responsible for tracking and sending samples as requested by guests, tracking and following up on quality control requirements, and reporting back to senior management. 4. Responsible for the statistics of foreign trade orders and their conversion into the company's internal production. 5. Responsible for tracking the delivery schedule of foreign trade orders and communicating and coordinating with guests from time to time. 6. Responsible for receiving customer complaints, transforming them into internal processing, and following up on feedback and results. 7. Responsible for arranging shipments, tracking customs and freight status, and keeping customers updated on progress. 8. Responsible for monthly order progress invoicing and handling the settlement of order results to ensure the company's legal rights and interests. 9. Responsible for following up on order breaches and handling them.
Job Requirements
1. Responsible for overseas market planning, conducting foreign trade business, expanding into overseas markets, developing, and maintaining overseas customers. 2. Manage the conversion of online and offline orders and handle after-sales service for products effectively. 3. No gender restrictions, candidates should be between 20-38 years old, with over one year of experience in e-cigarette foreign trade sales. 4. Proficient in English, with at least a CET-6 level and fluent oral communication skills.
