Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for promoting and selling the company's complete motorcycle range in the international market, establishing and maintaining good relationships with potential customers, and being accountable for sales performance indicators. 2. Manage the entire sales process, including output, implementation, and management of sales forecasts and marketing plans for the responsible region. 3. Actively collect market information within the region and analyze competitors to identify potential markets for the product, propose reasonable suggestions for product optimization, and achieve sustainable business development. 4. Responsible for team building and training, maintaining a positive working atmosphere within the team.
Job Requirements
1. Age between 30-40, with a college degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of experience in foreign trade business, with a preference for those with experience in foreign sales of automotive and motorcycle-related products. 3. Familiar with the current state of the industry market and overseas local customer regions. 4. Possess certain sales skills to develop new customers; able to accurately grasp customer psychology. 5. Proficient in Spanish, with at least a Level 4 English proficiency, good spoken and written skills in both Spanish and English, capable of communicating freely with foreign clients.
