Job Responsibilities

Qualifications:  3 years technical experience including engineering or high level technician  Experience in project management  Experience in customer service  Comfortable with technical subject  Knowledge of programming logic is a plus  Flexible and able to adapt quickly  Language: English, level C1, additional languages are a strong advantage

Responsibilities:  Assisting customers with technical problems  Preparing and following up on technical proposals for customers  Redacting technical documentation  Supporting technical and application needs of Business Development team in sales & marketing materials
