Job Responsibilities
As the Operation Manager, you will be directly reporting to the CEO and will be included for the executive global decision making for the business's strategy Job Description : • In charge of any strategical decision within the internal process when there is any special issue faced • Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives. • Identifies technical and process improvement opportunities and socializes/advocates to get them implemented. • Works closely with another department • Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems, API, databases, and system design. • In charge of departments : Customer Service, Product, IT & Risk • Coordination & Communication with Oversea team regarding Business & other subjects • Other job assigns by CEO
Job Requirements
• Good proficiency in Mandarin & English both oral & written is a must • Having experience minimum of 3 years in Fintech / Bank / Finance Industry • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Master’s Degree in related fields • Proactive, command good communication skills and logical analysis skills. • Communicative and able to work as a team • Analytical thinking & understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems.
