Job Responsibilities
1. Restaurant operation: responsible for the daily operation of the brand's restaurants in overseas markets in the future to ensure efficient operation and service quality; 2. Team management: lead and train the local restaurant team, improve the skills and service awareness of employees, and create a positive working atmosphere; 3. Market analysis: study the local market and consumer demand, and formulate the marketing strategy and sales plan of the restaurant; 4. Financial management: prepare and manage the restaurant budget, monitor costs, revenues and profits, and improve the profitability of the restaurant; 5. External relations: establish and maintain good customer and public relations, deal with customer feedback in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction; 6. Compliance management: ensure that the operation of the restaurant complies with local laws and regulations and company policies, and maintain the company's image; 7. Report and report: regularly report the operation of the restaurant to the superior, and put forward improvement suggestions and business development plans.
Job Requirements
1. Educational requirements: bachelor degree or above; Work/study/living experience in Malaysia/Southeast Asia is preferred; Major in international trade, English, business administration or related majors is preferred; 2. Work experience: have certain restaurant management experience, overseas work experience or chain restaurant management experience is preferred; 3. Language ability: proficient in Malay and English, good cross-cultural communication skills, fluent in Chinese is preferred, willing to learn 4. Personal quality: excellent team leadership and management skills, can effectively motivate the team to achieve goals; Keen market insight, able to flexibly respond to market changes and seize business opportunities; Interpersonal communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds; 5. Professionalism: strong sense of responsibility, willing to improve oneself, and enthusiasm for the catering industry and brand going overseas;
