Job Responsibilities
Define and develop existing and new sales to achieve agreed revenue and profit targets while maximizing profits. Directly sell to existing and new customers by carrying out sales and marketing activities agreed with the sales supervisor, so as to meet and exceed agreed exhibition and personal goals. Ensure a full understanding of customers' businesses and requirements. Conduct accurate and quick cost calculations. Identify new sales opportunities and develop them into long-term business relationships. Maintain and build accurate databases to generate sales. Cooperate with international offices and sales teams assigned to relevant exhibitions to track sales progress and achieve agreed goals. Send and follow up on sales materials. Monitor and manage competitor activities targeting potential customers.
Job Requirements
Rich experience in sales/key account management with significant revenue growth achieved, preferably in the exhibition or similar service industry. Proficiency in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Russian is preferred. Skilled in operating Office-related software. Basic operation skills of CDR and Photoshop. Good at using CRM. Excellent communication, expression and interpersonal skills.
