Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate Korean market, targeting electronics manufacturers. 2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives within and customers. 3. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. 5. Manage the regional P&L and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. 6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2. Proven track record of success in business development roles, with a focus on electronics manufacturing sector. 3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. 4. Deep knowledge of electronics manufacturing, supply chain management, OEM, and EMS business models. 5. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in a hands-off environment. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 7. Willingness to business travel as needed.
