Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication and Business Development: - Responsible for in-depth communication with potential customers, mining customer needs, and formulating personalized Shopify website development plans according to customers' business needs and development directions; - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, drive project collaborations, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; - Provide optimization suggestions for different customers' product types and functional requirements, and provide them with a full range of solutions for new website construction, migration and optimization of existing websites. 2. Market development and resource integration: - Develop new customers, especially potential customers in the field of foreign trade e-commerce, and increase the company's business share in overseas markets; - Coordinate and integrate various resources, promote project collaboration with partners, and promote the implementation and implementation of new projects; - Analyze industry dynamics, grasp competitor information, propose and implement feasible market expansion plans. 3. Project Management and Coordination: - Responsible for the preliminary negotiation and demand docking of the project, and ensure that the customer needs are accurately communicated to the development and design team; - Track project progress, ensure project delivery on time and with high quality, and deal with unexpected situations in the project; - Control project budgets, coordinate internal resources, and drive projects smoothly. 4. Teamwork & Support: - Work with the internal team to ensure that the project execution meets the client's requirements and effectively coordinate the work of the development, design and sales teams; - Provide marketing and technical support to assist the team in optimizing existing processes and improving the efficiency of project execution. 5. Customer development and maintenance: - Actively develop new customers, participate in industry exhibitions, network promotion, partner recommendations and other ways to expand business; - Maintain long-term relationships with existing key customers, provide ongoing technical support and optimization suggestions, and ensure project updates and continuous service.
Job Requirements
1. Industry experience: - More than 3 years of BD or sales related experience, foreign trade customer resources or Internet industry customer resources are preferred; - In-depth understanding of Shopify platform and independent station e-commerce business model, experience in related website development projects is preferred. 2. Communication skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to quickly understand customer needs and develop targeted cooperation plans; - Have certain experience in the foreign trade industry, and be able to independently develop and expand customers in overseas markets. 3. Market expansion ability: - Strong market insight ability, able to keenly grasp market changes, and flexibly adjust business development strategies; - Have good customer relationship management skills, and be able to effectively maintain and expand key customer resources. 4. Teamwork: - Have a good team spirit, and be able to effectively collaborate with technical, design and marketing teams to complete project execution; - Have a certain understanding of technology and be able to communicate quickly and effectively with the technical team to drive the project smoothly.
