Annual Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 Role Overview: As the Regional Sales Director for Texas, you will spearhead the company's sales strategies and initiatives within the region, fostering growth and establishing a robust market presence. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share. Responsibilities:  Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives to achieve sales targets and market expansion in Texas.  Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers within the commercial and industrial sectors to drive product adoption.  Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance product offerings.  Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.  Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and goal attainment.  Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.  Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients. Job Requirements

Qualification Requirements:  Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the HVAC or related industry, with a focus on commercial and residential air-conditioning systems.  Strong network and relationships within the Texas market, including dealers, contractors, distributors, and relevant industry stakeholders.  Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .  Experience working with remote teams and working in a global/multicultural environment is a plus.
