Job Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore market with a focus on industrial, process automation and digitalization solutions. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and execute plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Build a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business objectives. Solution Selling: Understand Supcon's product and solution offerings thoroughly, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business growth and product development. Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional sales team members to leverage and share ideas and experiences on methods to improve Go-To-Market effectiveness. Collaborate with Head Quarter team members to ensure consistent value proposition messaging, sales processes and sales reports requirements. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and accurate forecasts. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of industrial, process automation and digitalization technologies and their applications. Those with good contacts in Singapore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Power industries, with Jurong Island experience will have added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive personality and resourceful in understanding the market conditions, customer behaviour, competition positions and plan / adjust accordingly. Customer Focus mindset with high level of sincerity and curiosity to understand customer business pain points. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as person will need to work closely with China HQ, Chinese documentation and internal systems.
