Job Responsibilities

Group Planning and Management: Responsible for creating and managing Facebook groups, developing group growth strategies, defining target audience, and ensuring increased group activity and member engagement. User Operations and Engagement: Actively engage with group members, respond to their questions, provide support and advice, and encourage content sharing and participation to foster group activity and increase user retention. Content Management and Publishing: Responsible for writing and publishing relevant content for the group, including posts, announcements, event promotions, etc., to attract the interest and involvement of group members. Community Building and Facilitation: Enhance community cohesion and promote member interaction and collaboration through organizing online and offline activities, facilitating topic discussions, and hosting Q&A sessions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze user activity, member growth, engagement rates, etc. within the group, generate data reports, and provide improvement recommendations and optimization measures based on data insights. Group Guidelines and Compliance Management: Develop and implement group guidelines and norms to ensure that member behavior aligns with community values and interaction guidelines, promptly addressing violations and disputes. Group Promotion and Collaboration: Establish partnerships with relevant groups, organizations, or brands to enhance group exposure and influence, and seek opportunities for collaboration and resource sharing.

Job Requirements

Experience living in the United States: Familiarity with the American lifestyle and culture. Passion for cooking: A love for culinary arts and a strong interest in food-related topics. Enthusiasm for innovative consumer electronics: Interest and curiosity in exploring new and exciting consumer electronic products. 3+ years of experience in community management: Demonstrated experience in managing and engaging online communities, preferably with a focus on social media platforms.
