Job Responsibilities
1. Complete the customer development targets. 2. Oriented by results, plan, formulate and achieve the expected personal KPT, and manage personal KPIs in a refined manner. 3. Set sales budgets and achieve sales targets to increase market share. 4. Coordinate resources to solve customer problems, enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials, chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, biology or related fields; 2. Have a strong drive for achievement, eager for success and rapid personal growth; 3. Be friendly, enjoy and be good at interacting with people, possess excellent communication and expression skills as well as empathy; 4. Have strong teamwork skills, the ability to handle pressure and setbacks, and a strong learning ability; 5. Be willing to attend meetings at non-normal working hours due to time differences, and be willing to travel within the country and internationally.
