Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the target market and achieve sales targets for chillers. Identify business opportunities, develop new customers and channels, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at target accounts, and continue to increase sales revenue. Monitor the market trends, be familiar with market situation, have sharp insights, and provide references for business development strategy. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the datacenter market to inform strategic decision-making and sales strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems) system, including opportunities, quotes, and project statuses. Identify and prioritize key accounts including major players and emerging market opportunities. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept to showcase the value proposition of our products to prospective customers. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and ongoing account management. Conduct regular customer meetings to assess evolving needs and evaluate customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network within the datacenter community. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, etc, devise and review product and process specifications, etc, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with customer needs. Ensure smooth project implementation and transition to after-sales support by coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Proactively follow up with customers post-sale to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services. Provide regular sales reports and analysis. Other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, business management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on chiller sales in HVAC industry. Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment. Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies, utilizing performance KPIs. Deep understanding of datacenter, including knowledge of cooling technologies, infrastructure requirements, and market trends. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders is preferred. Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and value for customers. Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in chiller. Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities. Proficient negotiation and consultative sales skills. Passion for selling value over price. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is preferred. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with entrepreneurship spirit to promote products from the early stage. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in industry events (above 50% travel).
