Job Responsibilities

Property customer service 1. Responsible for lobby telephone work. 2. Responsible for the reception of the front desk (including daily business reception, special or major events reception, consulting guidelines, etc.). 3. Responsible for handling visitors' temporary access card processing, card issuance, recovery, and clearing and checking work. 4.Responsible for lobby personnel access management, personnel waiting for elevator order management, personnel diversion management. 5.Responsible for the temporary storage of non-valuables for tenants. 6.Responsible for front desk duties in the property management center, including reception, consultation and handling of procedures for occupation, decoration, withdrawal and release, and handling of all kinds of documents for unit decoration (including decoration permits, decoration personnel passes, etc.), providing enthusiastic and considerate service and assistance to the tenants; 7. Responsible for assisting the department to provide professional and highly integrated communication guidelines for expatriates, collection and feedback of complaints and suggestions, and business contacts for expatriates; 8.Responsible for assisting the department to complete the stage of tenant association activities; 9. Regularly inspect the cleaning, greening and equipment status in the lobby area, report the relevant work situation to the supervisor in time and follow up the work; 10.To complete all the work tasks assigned by the superior. 11. Responsible for the department of all kinds of documents, information received and sent, registration, circulation, preservation and according to the head office of the file management system for standardized management. 12. Handle customer complaints, in case of emergencies must go to the scene to assist in handling; 13. Handle emergencies in the work, and submit a written report on the incident handling within 12 hours after the incident. 14. Establish good relationship with owners and tenants to strengthen the effectiveness of building management. 15. Working hours: 8:30-18:00 or 8:00-17:30 double holidays, six insurance and one fund, meal allowance + accommodation, working place: Zhujiang New Town
