Job Responsibilities
1. Handle employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfers, resignations, contract renewals, and other daily management tasks. 2. Responsible for company personnel organization adjustments and statistical analysis of personnel flow data. 3. Answer employee inquiries and issue various employee certificates. 4. Assist superiors in establishing and improving the company's HR systems for recruitment, training, salary, benefits, and performance evaluation. 5. Establish and maintain personnel files, and handle and update labor contracts. 6. Implement HR management practices and regulatory procedures, and cooperate with other business departments. 7. Execute the recruitment workflow and coordinate and manage procedures for employee hiring, onboarding, resignation, transfers, and promotions.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management or related fields, with 3-5 years of HR experience and at least 3 years of HR management experience. 2. Familiar with internal company management; knowledgeable in various HR modules, with experience in social insurance and labor dispute resolution. 3. Experienced in HR management within the industry and skilled in drafting corporate HR policies and procedures.
