Job Responsibilities

Brand Programme Manager (招聘香港人) Salary: 30--35K Location: Shenzhen/hongkong Responsibilities: 0-3 months Establish and Develop Programme Management Framework for Brand-related Digitalisation Planning & Operations. Collaborating with Digital and Tech Teams, Effectively communicating user requirements, project progress in order to ensure the Brand annual activity planning could be executed flawlessly. Develop Brand Stories and Strategies:Use specific data to devise a short or long-term strategy to position the brand and build market share. Deliver ideas and concepts that set brands apart from competitors, creating a strong position for market growth and recognition across various media channels. Research & Analysis:Understand clients’ current business, competitors, marketing strategies, customer profile, and market share to develop a strong sense of strengths,weaknesses, and opportunities to improve brand positioning. Glean insights and project trends, future possibilities and opportunities based on the analysis. Understanding Data:Gather and assess a wide array of qualitative and quantitative data, ranging from user experience research, google analytics, customer feedback to surveys measuring brand engagement etc. Write Brand Strategy Documents:Develop the client’s brand story and articulate the future strategy, building brand documents and providing guidelines to various stakeholders and divisions to ensure consistency. 3-6 months Presenting Strategies to Clients (internal and external):Engage and inspire audiences with findings, concepts, and ideas, working closely with Business Owners (both internal and external clients) to fine-tune messaging throughout the process. Collaborate with Business Management Division for pitching and developing along with internal client’s Go-To-Market strategies and tactics Aid and guide REDMAGIC SWAT Team (Product Commercial Team) members in translating the brand strategy or story into cross-channel brand experiences, marketing campaigns or internal engagement drives. Own the Programme Management for REDMAGIC Brand-related Digitalisation operations.(not limited to setting up project governance, managing project financials or writing project initiation documents): Develop e-commerce/marketing campaigns / key brand or promotional events’ high-level planning brief, articulate the project delivery plan with clear directions and SoW, provide guidelines to various stakeholders and divisions to ensure consistency. Supporting the preparation and tracking of the annual budget and forecast exercise, with close collaboration / coordination within the Leadership Office, as well as the Commercial & Finance Division. Supporting the Chief of Staff to drive consistency, alignment, optimization and communication for the SWAT Team manifesto. 6 months-12 months Lead and own the budget management and planning process for REDMAGIC. Programme Management for REDMAGIC with other assigned S-size project as BAU. Facilitate and engage team to formulate out-of-box ideas on various project implementations. Evaluate campaigns and projects effectiveness to establish solutions for future improvement. Coach and develop talents on project management for Branding and Marketing related campaigns. Contribute to strategic and transversal initiatives within Digitalisation & Project Management scope.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Competencies (Technical / Behavioral) Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in account management, project management, marketing and category management experience; Experience of working in MNC and international experience is preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong and demonstrated programme / project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale and complex portfolios. Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Excellent presentation software skills (not limited to PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides). Strong leadership and an entrepreneurial & resourceful start-up mindset to test initiatives, learn and scale up to accelerate.
