Job Responsibilities
Location: Remote Role for Europe Market Industry: Biotechnology Responsibilities: - Team up with R&D, P&M internally to develop product portfolio for OEM /Commercial Supply projects to increase revenue in NGS, lab automation in Europe. - Achieve annual revenue targets, by leading OEM and commercial projects, including integrating project resources, project planning, business negotiation, contract signing, etc. - Develop OEM/Commercial Supply opportunities with industry partners(including IVD) about companies’ product portfolio to expand the market share and brand reputation. - Coordinate internally with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, etc to deliver OEM contract and executive plan. Job Requirements
- PhD, master degree or above in molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, etc. - Have extensive contacts, understand industry rules and background of upstream and downstream industry companies. - At least 8 years of experience in sales/BD in NGS field. Preferred experience in industry partners, strong network in top management of companies in Clinical Diagnostics, instrumentation, biopharma, etc. - At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, BD, sequencing industry. - Good business negotiation skills, good psychological quality and strong interpersonal and public relations skills. - Adapt to frequent or long term business trip.
