Job Requirements
Job Requirements: •Strong academic background, such as a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent •10+ years of sales management experience covering a multi region, especially in supply-chain management functions within electronic components industry •Has a strong existing network or client influence in US market •Strong balance of both strategic planning and active hands-on approach is a must •Goal-oriented, know how to make a budget and execute it •Must possess a can-do, entrepreneurial drive, focusing on solving problems creatively with a high level of energy •Strong organisation skills, management of priorities and the ability to work under pressure •Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels hence building collaborative relationships
