Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: SEO & Analytics: • Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic. • Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and SEO strategies. • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other analytical tools. • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations. • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithms. Google Ads: • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies. • Monitor and adjust ad spend, targeting, and creative to maximize ROI. • Generate and present reports on campaign performance and metrics. Website Management: • Oversee the management (Wordpress) and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is optimized for performance, usability, and SEO. • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement website updates and enhancements. • Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with SEO best practices. • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Social Media Management: • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase followers across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). • Create and curate engaging content tailored to each social media platform. • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a community around our brand. • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and growth. CRM System: • Manage and optimize the company's CRM system to enhance customer engagement and sales processes. • Ensure the CRM system is properly integrated with other marketing tools and platforms. • Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for customer outreach and retention. • Train and support staff in using the CRM system effectively. General Marketing Duties: • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives. • Develop and implement link-building strategies. • Coordinate with content creators to ensure SEO and marketing best practices are followed in content creation. • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist, or a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, Google Ads, website management, and CRM systems. • Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Google Ads platform. • Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries. • Knowledge of social media marketing and paid search campaigns. • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
