Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out sales activities according to the company and department’s sales targets, and achieve all sales objectives. 2. Explore and develop customers and business opportunities in the assigned region, monitor market trends and customer information, and regularly prepare market analysis reports. 3. Analyze existing markets and customers to identify potential customer needs and achieve sales goals. 4. Organize and coordinate internal and external company resources to convert market and customer cooperation opportunities into delivery results. 5. Handle business negotiations with customers and establish customer relationships. 6. Manage customer sales, including demand management, shipment management, payment collection, and CRM system maintenance.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with English as a working language. 2. At least 3 years of experience in sales or market development; experience in the power supply or battery industry is preferred. 3. Good communication and teamwork skills; strong ability to handle pressure and willingness to embrace new challenges.
