Job Responsibilities
1. Market research of Mexico building materials to explore market opportunities and make market development plans. 2. Material sell: including TPO, PVC, HDPE, SBS, APP and other waterproofing membrane materials sales, geomembrane, rubber powder, cellulose ether, concrete additives, mortar powder,tile adhesvies, paint and coating and other building materials sales. 3. Formulate sales policies and develop sales channels. 4. Establish a cooperative relationship with Brazilian construction and real estate companies to achieve sales targets. 5. Responsible for the reporting and solving of problems encountered by the company's products, guiding and assisting in dealing with customer complaints, and timely feedback to the superior for problems that cannot be solved.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, 5 years working experience in building materials sales. TPO, PVC, HDPE, SBS, APP and other building waterproof materials sales experience, or sales experience in mortar powder, tile adhesvies,paint and coating ,rubber powder, cellulose ether, concrete admixture. Enterprises in the same industry are preferred. 2.Understand the building waterproofing materials, decoration materials, and have the relevant sales channels and resources. 3.Both English and Spanish can serve as working languages. 4.With team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, and with cross-cultural communication and coordination ability. 5.Based in Mexico city: need to accept travel across Mexico.
