Job Responsibilities

System Construction: Responsible for establishing the group's global (domestic and international) legal affairs management system, improving processes and rules related to the company's legal affairs, and providing legal support for the company's development strategy formulation. Business Compliance Management: Familiar with intellectual property business, preside over daily legal compliance management and review work, and continuously enhance the company's legal compliance capabilities in various aspects. Legal Risk Mitigation: Responsible for drafting, reviewing, revising, negotiating, and tracking the implementation of domestic and foreign contracts, systems, and legal documents of the company. Legal Dispute Resolution: Effectively resolve and defuse various legal disputes through litigation, negotiation, settlement, and other means. Legal Support: Provide professional legal opinions and support for the company's operation and management decisions as well as the business development of various departments. Overseas Support: Assist the company in expanding business into different overseas countries, including the establishment, structure setup, and maintenance of overseas companies. Legal Training: Organize legal training and publicity work to help employees understand and comply with the company's legal and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in law-related majors, with a solid legal theoretical foundation and rich practical experience. At least 10 years of legal affairs work experience, including at least 3 years of experience in legal management of multinational companies or handling international legal affairs. Familiar with domestic and international legal environments, international trade rules, cross-border investment laws, and other related fields. Strong communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and leadership abilities. Able to adapt to a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. Proficiency in both Chinese and English, enabling barrier-free cross-border communication and collaboration.
